Dream Home 2026 Lottery Rules
There are 6,200 tickets at $100 each, 2,195 sets of 3 for $250, 1,200 sets of 5 for $400, 250 sets of 8 for $550 and 550 sets of 30 for $825 – 37,285 tickets total.
All draws will be open to the public and will be made under the supervision of at least two executive members (or delegates) of the licensed group. Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by Wave Media Inc. and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC). Each prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the approved Raffle Terms and Conditions as put forth by AGLC. Draws are conducted using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, certified and approved by AGLC. Winners will be announced at http://www.winadreamhome.ca and https://www.facebook.com/winadreamhome/. All winning tickets will be eligible for all subsequent draws. There are 16 prizes in total. Ticket buyers are eligible for all draws provided they purchase before any draw deadline. In the case of a power outage the draw will be delayed until power is restored. If not restored within 2 hours, the draw will be rescheduled and advertised to the public and ticket purchasers.
The Loyalty Draw will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 10:30 am at the Westgate New Horizon Co-op Gas Bar, 11540 104 Avenue, Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 1X9

The 1st Early Bird draw will be held Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 10:30 am at the 2026 Grande Prairie Dream Home; 11317 Lexington Street, County of Grande Prairie #1 AB, T8X 0G4

When prize trips are won, the restrictions laid out by the Travel Agency (i.e. dates of travel, time frame, value) must be ensued and awarded as is. Reference to restrictions are laid out below;
Trip for two to Hawaii:
- Package includes a trip for two to Honolulu Hawaii for seven nights at the Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki, including round trip airfare from Edmonton Ab, all taxes and fees up to a value of $3300
- If Hawaii is not the winners’ destination of choice, this voucher may be put into a credit file with UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel for a value of $3,300.00 for any other vacation package to be booked prior to April 30th
- If at the time of booking, the vacation package chosen exceeds the value of $3,300.00 the traveler is responsible for paying the fare difference. If the package price is below the set amount, then the remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Trip must be booked a minimum of 90 days in advance
- The trip must be booked prior to April 30, 2027.
- The trip package has no cash value, and is non-transferable to another person without the express consent of the Lottery Management and UNIGLOBE Phillips Travel.

Tickets will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Ticket Sellers will advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket. Tickets can be purchased in person, online, by phone or mail. Only one method of payment will be accepted per order. Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Money Order or Cheque are accepted forms of payment. All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information. Tickets will be sold and advertised within the Province of Alberta however this does not exclude people coming into the province to purchase tickets. Ticket orders online and via telephone may only be processed for Alberta residents. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to the first name appearing on the ticket. The licensed charity and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose name appear on the ticket.
Members of the Rotary Clubs of Grande Prairie are permitted to purchase tickets. The Raffle Manager, staff of Wave Media Inc, staff of Tap5050 and immediate family members (spouse, parent, son, daughter, brother, sister or the spouse of any of these individuals) will be prohibited from purchasing lottery tickets.
Gift certificates for retailers involved in draws shall be used for merchandise in their place of business; no cash will be given. All gift certificates are valid for a minimum of one year from date of draw. All prizes, gift cards and gift certificates must be accepted as awarded with no other cash option. GST included in retail value in all prizes.
All prizes are deemed “new” by retailers involved even when and including if used as a demo at the Dream Home. Prizes shall be accepted “as is”. The Dream Home will be awarded “as is” with no exceptions to the winner after it is professionally cleaned, and minor repairs have been made (if necessary).
The Dream Home Lottery will attempt to notify all winners for 3 months from the time of the draw. The Dream Home winner will be notified by phone and/or email and or mail. The mail will require the signature of the ticket holder as proof of notification. All winners will have 3 months from the draw date to claim their prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, from the Lottery Office, the Rotary Club of Grande Prairie will request the permission of AGLC to donate the prize back to their office and use it for another event. All prizes may be claimed by showing the winning portion of the ticket &/or government issued photo identification.
Prize pick up for all prizes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The Dream Home Lottery will not be responsible for the delivery of any of the prizes. All large item prizes must be claimed at the Dream Home or Dream Home office location. If a request is made to mail prizes to the Winner, the Dream Home Lottery is in no way responsible for the item if it is lost in the mail. It is the winner’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of any item and it is their responsibility to arrange shipping. In order for a prize to be mailed to a winner, they will first have to provide in person or e-mail a copy of a Prize Release form to the Lottery office. They will be required to sign a release form referring to the points outlined in this document. The Lottery will not solicit sponsors for a replacement prize. In the event of a dispute the terms and conditions of this document will be the governing decision to resolve the issue. The Rotary Club of Grande Prairie accepts no liability associated with any loss or damages to individuals or property in any way associated with any prize.
Tickets cannot be refunded.
The Dream Home Lottery will request an extension on the 2026 Lottery if we have not reached our break-even point as of the final ticket sales cut off date of Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
All gift certificates, trips and events prizes are subject to the conditions set out by the individual business supplying the prize and are detailed in this document.

Tickets will be sold at 250 for $10 each, 2000 sets of three for $25, 1,800 sets of five for $40 and 12,510 sets of 15 for $50 for a total of 202,900 tickets printed.

Cash Cow Calendar 2026 Raffle Rules
Tickets will be sold at 250 for $20 each, 5,000 sets of 3 for $50 and 1,650 set of 15 for $100, for a total of 40,000 tickets printed.
Every Monday in May, 2026 we will award a prize of $1,000 cash except Monday, May 18th (Victoria Day Holiday). On Tuesdays we will award a prize of $1,500 cash. On Wednesdays we will award a prize of $2,250 cash, on Thursdays we will award a prize of $4,000 cash and on Fridays we will award a prize of $10,000 cash. Additionally, each winner will also receive a $50 gift card from Keddie’s Tack & Western Wear. The number of prizes will be three x $1,000 (Mondays), four x $1,500 (Tuesdays) four x $2,250 (Wednesdays), four x $4,000 (Thursdays), five x $10,000 (Fridays) plus 20 x $50 gift cards for a total of 20 prizes for an overall value of $85,000. There is no cash in lieu option for the Gift Cards. Prizes are awarded as is.

An extension of this date will only be requested should not enough tickets be sold to cover prize costs and expenses. The draw will be held in the following order: All three Mondays in calendar order, followed by all four Tuesdays in calendar order, followed by the four Wednesdays in calendar order, then the five Thursdays in calendar order, followed by the five Fridays in calendar order.
